Soy Sauce : 2 tsp
Black Pepper : ½ tsp
Corn Flour : 3 tsp
Cream Style Sweet Corn : 1 Cup
Beans : 1/5 Cup
Carrots : 1/5 Cup
Sweet Corn Kernels : 1/5 tsp
Spring Onion Leaves : 3 tsp
Salt : To Taste
Beans : Chopped & Steamed
Carrots : Chopped & Lightly Steamed

Sweet Corn Soup Recipe Cooking Method:
• In a bowl dissolve the corn flour in a little bit of vegetable stock. Once it has dissolved completely add the remaining stock, soy sauce, salt and black pepper and mix well.
• Take a heavy bottomed sauce pan, Mix cream style sweet corn and corn flour stock mixture and stir well until it combines properly. Now, Switch on the heat on.
• Stirring continuously and allow the corn mixture to boil until it begins to thicken. Once it begins to thicken and stir in the remaining ingredients (carrots, beans, spring onion leaves) and let it boil for a few more Mins.
• Turn off the heat and taste. Garnish with the sweet corn on the top and cream.
